新光人壽今仔日講，公司總資產超過3兆元，咱拚命替股東跟保戶創造最大價值，也積極找尋優質投資機會，欲賺取長期穩定收益。針對北士科的投資決策，新壽攏照法令規定來做，並且一直支持促進政府與民間合作夥伴關係(Public-Private Partnership)，在尊重台北市府對地上權契約解釋的前提下，共同合作開發北士科園區。為了爭取輝達入駐，新壽努力找各種解決方案，也和台北市府協商多次。現就各方案說明如下：
一、關於台北市府提議合意終止本案地上權契約的方案（2025年1月）【新壽依法無法同意台北市府的合意終止條件】
根據新壽標得本案50年地上權的開發計畫，新壽應該有預期可得租金收益，但台北市府提出的合意終止條件無涵蓋到未來預期收益，這實在是不合理，有損害到股東及保戶利益，也違反公司治理原則，如果新壽配合放棄這部分未來收益，有可能讓公司決策人員涉及違法背信相關法律責任之虞。之前已經向台北市府充分說明立場，表達依法不能同意其合意終止條件。
二、關於現階段直接移轉地上權予輝達的方案（2025年5月）【新壽同意】
咱和輝達就此方案已經有共識，只待台北市府同意後即可辦理。在提出此方案前，新壽先請外部專業法律顧問進行適法性評估，以函文向台北市府說明依據「臺北市區段徵收土地標售標租及設定地上權辦法」第18條規定，如經過他們允許，就可以移轉給輝達，而該辦法並無「建物興建完成後始得移轉」之限制，所以，本案並無違反法律疑慮，他們也可以基於重大公共利益、民事情事變更原則等考量免除本案地上權契約轉讓限制，再回歸適用上述規定處理。有媒體報導指稱此為「是明知違法而為之」，顯然是錯誤認知。另外，又指稱我們向他們「另外」爭取分手費，更是嚴重錯誤報導。
三、關於建物興建完成後再移轉予輝達的方案（2025年8月）【新壽同意】
我方願按照本案地上權契約依照輝達設計興建，在完工後將相關權利移交給他們。然而，即使多次溝通，他們迄今尚未接受這個安排。
四、關於我方原有開發計畫方案【我方可依約執行】
